Do you know how to do swim strokes? If you do here is some tips, if you don't than read this blog. If you have a good streamline on you strokes than you will probably do good on the strokes. Number one rule of swimming have a good streamline if you have a good one than you will probably have a good stroke, another rule don't breath on your break out storke. If you don't know what that is its the first stroke after your sreamline. The only stroke that doesn't have a streamline is breaststroke, breaststroke has a breaststroke pull down. A breaststroke pulldown has you in streamline position without kicking for three seconds then you do one streamline kick, than you pull down your arms and than do one breaststroke stroke and you break the water mean your now on top of the water.

If you are doing backstroke and you are always bumping into the lane line than this is the tip for you. When you are doing backstroke think of you head as a steering wheels whatever direction your head in that the direction your body is gonna go in. And in backstroke you have to breath on you breakout stroke because your on your back, but you still have to do a good stream line, you also cant dive when your in backstroke.
In butterfly you always want to look down when you are taking your breathe. You don't want to put your head all the way up, its a very hard habit to break I'm still trying to break it. Butterfly is probably the hardest and most tiring stroke. That is why you want to do a long and fantastic streamline. That is all the tips I have for you guys today.
